Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase. Shipping normally takes 4-8 days to arrive. 

We currently only ship within the U.S.

Bikinis and clothing are shipped from a different location than phone cases so arrival time maybe be different if ordered together. They will not be shipped together. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied we're here to help! We offer returns provided that:

- Returns are made within 10 days of original delivery.
- Items are returned undamaged, unworn, no stains, and in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached.
- All marked sale items are final sale! (not including discount codes)
- We cannot make direct exchanges since we cannot ensure that the item will be in stock once you submit a return. Once refunded you can use to buy an alternate size or style online.

To make a return fill out a return request through our website and then email beachbronc@gmail.com to confirm your return. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN SUBJECT LINE!! 

Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests.

Customers are responsible for shipping back their return! Once the return is confirmed via email we will give you to correct return address. Then you can go to your local post office and purchase a return label.  We have found this is the cheapest way to process a return! PLEASE include your order number in the return package so we can refund the correct customer!

Returns only include the product purchases, not the shipping spent to order the product.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
